Alumni Careers Advice and Industry Knowledge Exchange

The event will have a panel of alumni who will discuss their employment journeys and answer questions from the audience.

The focus of the event will be on career journeys and employment skills.

Alumni are an important part of the employability strategy, and the Physics department and SEPnet are working together to bring alumni and students together- to learn and grow opportunities for future employment.

The panel will begin at 6pm and will have:

• Ricardo Mighty, Director of Mighty Capital Software Consultancy
• Danny Ribeiro, Business and Strategy Manager at Schroders
• Harriet van der Vliet, Product Segment Manager at Oxford Instruments
• Tim Varkalis, Cyber Security Consultant at AXA
• Tom Wren, Internal Consultant at Ab Initio

Following the panel there will be pizza, drinks, and a chance to network with alumni and academic staff.
