General
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you don't need to print your ticket. Simply turn up on the day and we'll scan the QR code in your personal RSVP ticket which we'll email to you when you book.
You can add your ticket to your Apple or Google Wallet so you've got it to hand when you arrive.
Do my guests need tickets?
No, your guests do not need their own tickets, but we'll ask you how many guests you'll be bringing when you book your student ticket. Please also be aware that if talks reach capacity, we may ask only one guest to attend with you so we can give other prospective students the opportunity to attend.
How can I change my details or cancel a booking?
We've recently changed our booking system, so please see the instructions below for the relevant event.
If you'd like to change your time slot for our October Open Day, log into Eventbrite website by clicking 'Tickets' from the drop-down menu under your name, select the ticket and then 'edit'. If you wish to cancel your booking, select the ticket and then click 'cancel order'.

What if I have access needs?
If you have specific requirements, please contact opendays@royalholloway.ac.uk before the event you've booked so we can arrange appropriate support, such as accessible parking.
Campus tours, either as individual events or as part of Open Days and Applicant Visit Days take approximately one hour. If you require a step-free route, please let your student ambassador know on the day.
To find out more about general accessibility, please view our AccessAble profiles of our Egham and central London campuses.
I still have questions, who can I contact?

Events at our Egham campus
How do I plan what talks I want to attend?
Open Days at our Egham campus allow you to explore a wide range of courses through a full schedule of talks and tours. You can view our Open Day guide online to find out when and where things are happening. We update the full details of talks and tours ahead of each event and we’ll email you a link in advance. You can also collect a printed copy when you arrive at the registration point.
What time should I arrive?
If you’ve booked the morning slot, the first talks begin at 10am. We recommend arriving from 9am so you’ve got time to park if you’re driving, register and familiarise yourself with the campus map before making your way to the first session.
If you’ve booked the afternoon slot, the first talks begin at 1pm. We recommend arriving from 11.30pm.
Where do I register when I arrive?
Make sure to register your attendance at the Picture Gallery or Students’ Union so you can pick up your goodie bag and information about your day. There’ll be student ambassadors around to point you in the right direction when you arrive.
