The 2025 David Vilaseca Memorial Lecture
The 2025 David Vilaseca Memorial Lecture will be delivered by Dr. Alicia Kent, Senior Lecturer in Comparative Literature & Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American Studies at King’s College London. The lecture looks at David Vilaseca’s ‘apocryphal subject’ Salvador Dalí and examines the different Dalís in his own words and images: the artist, the anarchist, the writer, the journalist, the surrealist, the scientist.
The event takes place online, via MS Teams, and is free and open to all. For further inormation and a meeting link please send a message to: centreforvisualcultures@royalholloway.ac.uk
